We knew that, because it is in cycle, (perfectly measured by our equipment with errors of +/- 0,124º average per day for each 10³ metres of OYAGAA) and for other specific reasons, a considerable rise in temperature was going to occur this summer in the south of the continent you inhabit. We tolerate heat very badly because of our specific genetic constitution, which affects, among other organs, the layers you call dermis and epidermis and another layer specific to us immediately beneath the dermis. On the other hand, our deep-rooted customs advise us against holiday leisure as many of your peoples understand it, so it was not acceptable for us to stay shut up in an Earth XAABII with a reverse thermal device of mechanical compression. Nor to do so permanently in sterile leisure inside our installations, fixed and mobile, on OYAGAA, perfectly conditioned for our OEMII.

 

All the above is set out to you only to tell you that three of my brothers and I myself, until then resident in your country, have left it for a time to take refuge, together with sixteen other brothers of ours, in an underwater base in northern Europe. From there we have moved about freely, living in the base or in towns of northern Europe, to continue our studies on OYAGAA. The team to which I belong has been occupied with the study of plants and lichens of the Nordic region of OYAGAA, as well as with the monitoring of certain submarine volcanoes and the analysis of the crystallization of their magma, the result of the conductivity of water at high temperature. We have also sporadically visited peaceful countries of OYAGAA.

 

We will not be revealing anything new to you if we tell you that your brothers in the countries France (to a great extent), Canada ,New Zealand ,Australia, Iceland ,Switzerland (communities and way of proceeding, not the corrupt basis of the financial system, which was created and is today fed by the same kind of criminals who extort the rest of you -most Swiss citizens, although aware of the genesis of their well-being, are completely alien to it and in many cases deplore it-) try to follow what on UMMO we call OEMMII UAA DOEELOO. We KNOW that there are States (in reality the OEMMII who inhabit them, sharing a particular culture) on OYAGAA closer to generating the NAGOO BUAAWAAEE BIIAEEII (objective connection (1) ) with the "collective soul", since they have followed a historical drift different from the deplorable tendency of the rest.

 

We therefore resume contact, through you , with that micro-network you have so intelligently reshaped with the appropriate inclusion of your Gallic brothers. We can state that this network is OPTIMAL for our purposes (which will no doubt benefit you). We know that a large number in this network DO NOT BELIEVE in our origin, and, far from bothering us -which would indicate a certain malicious intention on our part- we are glad of it, since besides freeing us from guilt for a supposed collective harm we would inflict on you, it allows us to study better, from that qualitatively amplified partial sample, the complex constitution of the brain of the OEMMII of OYAGAA.

 

 

Reincarnation, conceived as the successive and generalized entry of a BUAAWAA into different OEMMI and even into animals, DOES NOT EXIST. That metempsychotic conception, basically of oriental origin, with followers in Hinduism, Buddhism, Shintoism, Taoism, Jainism and even in some ancient forms of paganism and of Christianity, IS CONTRARY TO OUR CONVICTIONS. Basically, the propagators of such doctrines were trying to explain kindly and intelligently evil and injustice on earth, and they thought that the learning of the BUAWAA through new and continuous life experiences went on improving it and made possible the entry of that BUAWAA into a paradise more or less similar according to the different conceptions, or perhaps into the shramanic Nirvana imagined by your brothers Vardhamana Mahavira and Gautama Siddhartha Sakyamuni. There was good faith in all these conceptions, since they gave their followers hope of a better world after the bitterness of the present. Little could they suspect that a great part of that positive or negative reward does take place, ... but not in the way their ancestors devised!. It was intellectually and empirically impossible for them to conceive the WAAM- WAAM as we conceived it the equivalent of billions of UIW before you. We hold the scientific hypothesis (our epistemological humility prevents us from asserting absolute truths, only "functional" truths that allow progress in knowledge and general well-being) that all transcendent processes take place in or through the BUUAAWEE BIIAEEII. But we beg those of you who feel intellectually and morally comfortable with your conceptions , NOT TO CHANGE THEM JUST BECAUSE SOME EXOTIC BEINGS WHO CLAIM TO COME FROM A DISTANT COLD STAR TELL YOU OTHERWISE WITHOUT PROVING ANYTHING TO YOU. In fact we are going to confess something that will no doubt surprise you: We have verified that on OYAGAA THERE HAVE BEEN CASES, INEXPLICABLE TO US, WE HUMBLY CONFESS, OF THE EXISTENCE OF BEINGS WHO SEEM REALLY TO HAVE LIVED A PREVIOUS LIFE. We have not been able to unravel the nature of these extremely rare events. We estimate that these cases may number (this is an estimate, not real data) barely some thirty in the whole written History of OYAGAA, (of which TWO were studied by us directly). Discounting, of course, the countless cases of fraud or of errors in good faith. Read your brothers Ian Stevenson and Paul Edwards, each possessing part of the truth. As you will see in relation to another of your concerns, which we will try to answer below, what these brothers of yours call "false memories" are not such, but phenomena of a quite different nature which you will no doubt be interested to learn about.

 

YOU MUST NOT WOUND ONE ANOTHER. You do not know the harm it does to this micro-network (which, together with barely two dozen others, we have been designing on OYAGAA with variable and, regrettably, on the whole limited success to date). Those who make up this network have been carefully chosen (or endorsed/rejected) by us to fulfil, in the medium term, a transcendent function of dimensions you cannot even suspect. Many of its members have been monitored by us for years, a few even for decades, and you do not know what a setback it is for us (it already happened in the past in the country Spain and forced us to cut off all contact "sine die") when some of its members who are most representative experimentally for us move away from the network because of perfectly unjustifiable disagreements among you. Reason does not always lie halfway, but the mission of this network is of a nature far above any ideology or opinion on OYAGAA. We know well, noble sir, that the unjust belligerence among you has not yet occurred, but our equipment assigns a probability of 89,67% that it will occur in the next three months of OYAGAA. (Incidentally, tell your brothers who are unversed in higher mathematics -something not imputable to them- that OBJECTIVE PREDICTIONS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT A TIME FRAME, albeit with a basic error (negligible in our way of operating) due to the absence of the time variable. We entrust to you, noble sir, the guardianship of the integrity of that network. Might we abuse your kindness and the purity of your intentions by begging you to accept this hard task? .. On the other hand, Mr Manuel, we have been deeply moved by your approach, worked out above all from (we know you had been nursing these ideas for years) and together with your brother AAA -we conceal his full name, since we know of his intelligent concern not to be identified with subjects unrelated to his social struggle- to try for a better world. We cannot advise you against so praiseworthy a purpose, but we must warn you of how improbable success is. We would not even warn you of the danger, since the ideas you express and their remote reach can hardly even disturb the oligarchies of power on OYAGAA, more effervescent and powerful than ever. We may gently suggest that you concentrate on achieving harmony within your own family and in the group that unites us, since these, if achieved and maintained over time, would accomplish in a nanosecond, after an EMERGENCE, more than all the proclamations, actions and demonstrations you could carry out in years.

 

Tell your brother AAA that "near-death experiences" (NDE) exist but are of a different nature from that defended by some of your thinkers on OYAGAA. Indeed, the return of the K atoms to random behaviour produces the death of the OEMMII and is of an IBOO AAYANU UIOO nature (an "atomic" quantum state that does not allow intermediate states). An OEMMII is alive or dead, but CANNOT -this is a universal UAA- "be halfway", still less" go and come back" The phenomenon detected by the defenders of NDE nevertheless has a real basis and consists in the following: when an organism is on the brink of death, the BAAIOODUU (in reality some intracellular Helium gas atoms) picks up the material degradation, not necessarily irreversible, and even so, when the situation crosses a certain threshold (which you would describe as the OEMMII being "dying"), sends a message to the BUUAAWEE BIIAEII (the process, being complex, would require an" ad hoc" report, if you asked for it -we think we have perceived a certain "smugness" in the intentions of some of your brothers, which distances them from the humility necessary in one who asks to be taught, if he wishes to be ) as if "preparing" it to receive the BUAWAA that is going to undergo BUUAAUA DOOIAA LEEIOOWAAM .The BUUAAWAA BIIAEII sends back to the BUAWAA ( of ALL THE OEMMII who are in that crisis) signals which are translated neurologically, at their destination, into messages of a strictly chemical basis that suggest a lighter passage. That is why the messages are universal for HOMO SAPIENS: luminosity, tunnel, peace, beings of light, relatives receiving the one transferred, etc ... These signals "switch off" once -if that is the case- the OEMMII has returned to life, and most OEMMII forget the experience which, we repeat, ALL who have been in that crisis have experienced, but most have forgotten.

 

You must now know something that only a handful of physicists on OYAGAA have just learned, namely that there exists a belt of matter/energy surrounding all the gravitational bodies of the WAAM , from the tiniest asteroid to a supermassive star, which until now you call "dark matter", but which is in reality an enormous beam of pairs of IBOZOUU in a physical state unknown to you ( with density/information TENDING to infinity), at the service of the BB. , and which is responsible for the LEEIIOOWAAM effects (including the one we have just mentioned to you). The "dark matter- dark energy" dichotomy postulated by your physicists on OYAGAA is simply nonsense in the light of our Science.

 

We are dismayed, since we do not manage to make ourselves understood by many of you when we use colloquial expressions of your own. When in an earlier letter we spoke of "physical death", we were using an expression very common in Spanish-speaking countries of OYAGAA and were referring to the death of the OEMMII, knowing, as we do, that the BUAWAA "survives" and, once activated by procreation, NEVER DIES. On the other hand, when referring to "the power groups that have been handling humanity since dark ages", we were trying to express that TYRANNICAL power seems inevitable on OYAGAA (-we do not dare say that AMMOO LAAUUAWAA WAAM WAAM, since although we have seen the same on ALL the planets inhabited by OEMMII that we have visited, the sample is too tiny for extrapolation-) and takes on variable forms throughout History (and Prehistory!) through individuals with a common nature based on a psychopathic configuration typical of mentally ill people who think themselves superior and give very little consideration to the feelings of others. We had to suffer a similar terrible situation on UMMO, which, after events of which we do not speak, we managed to overcome. In no way have we meant to indicate that there exist arcane, secret, hereditary structures of societies unchanged since remote times. Nor, when speaking of dark ages", did we mean your medieval period.

You are still in the phrenomythic phase. We will confess one thing to you: OUR FUNCTION ON OYAGAA IS TO SPARE YOU, THROUGH CONNECTIONS WITH THE BUUAAWAA BIIAEEII, YOUR PARTICULAR DARK NIGHT, WHICH YOU ARE ALREADY entering, and from which only responsible and balanced OEMMI like you will be able to emerge unscathed. (BE VERY DISCREET ABOUT THIS: ONLY TO 5 FRIENDS WHOM YOU TRUST FULLY).

 

As for some lines of reasoning put forward by some of you about your brother D.I, they border on the intellectually inadmissible. You are accustomed to judging in absolutes. Your brother DI, although of a special nature, is practically the same as all of you. You must not therefore attribute to him a non-existent thaumaturgic perfection. You must admit that he makes mistakes and fabulates like the immense majority of you. It is as if you did not accept the divine moral teachings of your OYAGAAWOA (of a nature infinitely superior to that of DI or any of YOU or us,) because he vented his anger on a fig tree that bore no fruit OUT OF SEASON, or because he lashed out with acacia switches at the money-changers in the Temple in a moment of indignation. Or as if you anathematized for ever your brother William J. Clinton, forgetting his social achievements in a dark environment, because, on another order of magnitude, he asked a YIEE of his circle for oral sex (widely practised and valued on OYAAUMMO, and devoid of the horrendous guilt that the Christian sects seem to attribute to it). Take what is ethical in DI's words, and forget the other fantasies or lucubrations into which your brother falls with some frequency.

 

At times you show an "interpretative fundamentalism", (similar to the clinging to the letter of the law that your priests of the various religions of OYAGAA practise with texts of very poor scientific accuracy), which goes beyond our verbal or semantic intentions and fills us with fear because of the deductions we might be loading onto you. Although we try to be precise in our statements, do not forget that we have studied your languages starting from many of your primordial languages; hence what are neologisms for you may lead you to doubt or confusion, though we often use them for the sake of precision, not finding in your modern languages words more suitable than those you sometimes use. We beg you, Mr Manuel, to clarify these points to your brothers, since we are very worried by the dispersion of their minds in fruitless tasks. We are equally worried by the excessive insistence of some of your brothers on trying to "split hairs", attributing to us the making of what in your popular language are called "howlers". It is true that we have used this ruse on several occasions to protect ourselves and to protect you. By way of example: the KR. atoms are not all in the Hypothalamus, as one of your brothers, after a hasty reading of earlier texts of ours, seems to denounce in response to our statement that some of those atoms, with a more sublime function, incidentally, might be found in the frontal neocortex.

 

In a forthcoming report, ONLY IF YOU UNANIMOUSLY ASK FOR IT, we will make a comment that will no doubt serve you as a didactic example of the above, and which refers to the intelligent detection of a contradiction between the handwriting and the names in the signatures of my brothers who preceded me in this mission. That inquiry was most intelligently carried out by your Gallic brother with the pseudonym "Jean Pollion", whom we congratulate from here on his independence of scientific judgement.
